       当压力变送器无输出的时候，我们先需要判断是哪里出了问题，而是草率地认为是设备出了故障，因为在很多应用场合，除了单独使用之外，还有可能与其他设备或系统组合使用。下面我们从几个方面分别来说下：

       1、如果压力变送器与数显表配合使用，这个时候如果数显表不显示，那么用户有可能会说变送器无输出，其实这个问题很明显，草率地认定变送器无输出是不合理的。假如变送器正常输出，数显表出现了故障，也是可能的。这个就是用户对现场故障的理解判断错误。那么如何判断压力变送器是否正常输出呢？很简单，用万用表直接测量变送器的输出端，测量是否用4-20mA电流值即可。当然与其他仪表配合使用的时候出现这个情况，一样先万用表测量电流来判断。

       1.If the pressure transmitter is used together with the digital display meter,if the digital display meter is not displayed at this time,the user may say that the transmitter has no output.In fact,this problem is obvious,and it is rashly determined that the transmitter has no output.unreasonable.If the transmitter is output normally,it is possible that the digital display has failed.This is the user's misunderstanding of the on-site fault.So how do you tell if the pressure transmitter is output normally?Very simple,use a multimeter to directly measure the output of the transmitter,and measure whether to use 4-20mA current value.Of course,this happens when used in conjunction with other instruments,as well as measuring the current with a multimeter.

       2、我们知道变送器是需要24V电源供电的，如果变送器无输出的时候我们就要先考虑是否有24V电源供电或24供电电源是否正常，当然这是基本的电工常识。不过如果现场如同特点描述的那样，与数显表或其他自带有24V供电电源的表串联，那么变送器就不需要再次提供24V电源了。这第二个方面是针对单独使用变送器的时候。

       2, we know that the transmitter needs 24V power supply, if the transmitter has no output, we must first consider whether there is 24V power supply or 24 power supply is normal, of course, this is the basic electrician common sense. However, if the site is in series with a digital display or other watch with a 24V power supply as described in the features, the transmitter does not need to provide 24V power again. This second aspect is when using the transmitter alone.

       3、如果24V电源有，且供电正常，这个时候压力变送器无输出，就要接着检查电源线是否接反了，正负是否接错。

       4、如果接线正确，那么就需要检查整个回路中是否有线路断线；或检查仪表是否选取错误（输入阻抗应≤250Ω)等。

       5、如果以上方面检查都正常，那么有可能是压力变送器的硬件出现故障了。比如说变送器在开始的时候由于24V电源有问题，导致变送器的线路板烧坏了，当然直接无显示无输出了；比如选取的变送器的过载与耐压能力都与现场的条件不符合，也可能出现高压过度导致元件损坏，也会出现变送器无输出；比如压力变送器是带现场显示，也就是带表头，如果这个时候表头损坏了，那么也会出现变送器无输出。如果判断表头是否损坏呢，直接表头的两根线短路，如果短路后正常，则说明是表头损坏。

       5.If the above checks are normal,it is possible that the hardware of the pressure transmitter has failed.For example,when the transmitter starts to have a problem with the 24V power supply,the transmitter's circuit board burns out.Of course,there is no display and no output directly;for example,the overload and withstand voltage capability of the selected transmitter are on site.If the conditions are not met,the component may be damaged due to excessive pressure.The transmitter may have no output.For example,the pressure transmitter is equipped with a live display,that is,with a meter.If the header is damaged at this time,it will also appear.The transmitter has no output.If it is judged whether the header is damaged,the two wires of the direct header are short-circuited.If the short-circuit is normal,it indicates that the header is damaged.
