差压式液位计广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、食品、造纸、医药、纺织等工业生产过程检测控制系统中，检测液体差压、表压、绝压，以及开口或密闭容器内液体的液位。该产品将被测信号转换成4～20mADC输出信号（智能型可带Hart协议通讯），与其他单元组合仪表或工业控制计算机配合，组成检测、记录、控制等工业自动化系统。

　　1.导压管应尽可能短些;

 

　　1.The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;

 

　　2.当测量液体或蒸汽时，导压管应向上连接到流程工艺管道，其斜度应不小于1/12;

 

　　2.When measuring liquid or steam,the pressure guiding tube should be connected upward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　3.对于气体测量时，导压管应向下连接到流程工艺管道，其斜度应不小于1/12;

 

　　3.For gas measurement,the pressure guiding tube should be connected downward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　4.液体导压管道的布设要避免出现高点，气体导压管的布设要避免出现低点;

 

　　4.The arrangement of liquid pressure guiding pipes should avoid high points,and the arrangement of gas pressure guiding pipes should avoid low points;

 

　　5.两导压管应保持相同的温度;

 

　　5.The two pressure guiding tubes should maintain the same temperature;

 

　　6.为避免磨擦影响，导压管的口径应足够大;

　　7.充满液体的导压管中应无气体存在;

　　8.当使用隔离液时，两边导压管的液位要相同。
